For those of you who are anxiously awaiting the premier of the Regent Condos in downtown Salt Lake (and if you don’t know they are part of the City Creek Project), your patience is about to be rewarded.
These sleek and modern condos will be unveiled in the next couple of weeks and are even now getting their final tidying up. Those with pre-sale reservations at The Regent have been contacted for final contracts and will be closing as soon as the building gets her final ok for occupancy.
Now, what does that mean for you guys? Not all of the reservations were finalized, (and some folks changed to other units) at The Regent, freeing some condominium units for purchase. ( Did I hear thunderous applause here?)
Along with more condos becoming available in the 150+ unit high rise, there has been some price changes on some of the lower floor units that bring them into the realm of ….affordable! For example, there are once again some Regent studio units available for under $200,000 and some 1bd room + den condominiums in the low to mid $200,000 range.
Caveat here, not all units were repriced Lower, some condos at the Regent have remained the same and some…wait for it… have been priced higher …call me on that one and I will explain. And as always, these condos will be the first to go, especially when they are formally announced and marketed in the next couple of weeks.
So…the moral to this story? If you are interested in the Regent Condos…Call me! Take advantage of the lower pricing in some of the units and get into this most gorgeous and elegant property anchoring the new downtown!
